They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony (Revelation 12:11)
Last Wednesday morning's prayer meeting (07/16/08) was indeed a special one for me. Although I had difficulties trying to call and connect to the line I knew something special was going to happen, the presence of the holy spirit was so strong. As I was praying and listening to Pastor Debbie, something interesting happened to me. It was just before the end of the meeting that I heard a loud sound like a gun shot followed by a spark of light, to me that was God's presence and confirmation that he was in charge and still is despite the devil's persistence to end the meeting. Brothers and Sisters the devil hates prayers, let's continue praying until all we have lost is restored to us. Thank you Pastor Debbie for allowing me to be part of your ministry. God bless you. SM, Maryland | Hi Pastor Debbie, I am so thankful to God for having connected me to your ministry because it has made a significant difference in my life. The daily messages you send, the periodic updates and the Wednesday prayer sessions are helping me focus on God more. KI, Canada | Pastor Debbie, Last week I was feeling sad and called you for some words of encouragement, at the end of our conversation I was laughing and cracking up. You really made my day! In our conversation I mentioned to you my desire to go to Nursing school if I had the finances. I will never forget the words that you said to me about God making a way where there is no way and I learning to stay in the word and prayer and waiting upon God, He would answer according to his time. A week has not not gone by since then, I received a call from a school where I did my Nursing Assistant course. The caller advised me that I had been selected to participate in a one year LPN program sponsored by the school, I was so delighted and excited about this wonderful opportunity to change my life and be of service to others. I have already started studying for my entrance exam!!! Thank you Pastor Debbie, this is indeed a month of harvest! As you said my plenty blessings are yet to come. I thank God for you. God bless you. SM, Maryland | Pastor Debbie, I want to thank you so much for Shekinah Glory Prayer this morning and last week. I have been unable to attend Judah because of my work schedule. I wanted to tell you that I have learned and gotten so much from your teachings and prayers that I can't fully say it in words. I had a difficult time getting up out of bed both mornings, but was so grateful when I did tune in because I know God meant for me to gain what I did those days. This morning you talked about this being a month where you should be seeing your breakthrough, and I want to tell you that it is true for me. I want so much to walk in God's way and I trust that He will continue to guide me through His words to me and through wonderful spiritual leaders like you. Thank you again for all that you do. It has really blessed my life knowing you. Sincerely, DB, Atlanta | Pastor, I write to report on how yesterday's daily word (May 21), contributed to my success at an interview I attended. The interview time was 1:15pm; I didnt want to go and did all the delaying tactics so as to find an excuse that time was already up. A number of issues/concerns made me feel that way. It was almost 12:00 noon still I was not prepared to go then I thought of opening my mail box to check if the daily word had been sent. There it was with just the right message for the situation I was in! The second paragraph touched me and made me take a move right away-"...Take advantage of every opportunity to share what God is doing.Be energetic,be passionate, Be there............" A thought came to me-"this could be one of the ways God wants to use to fulfil His good plan on me" So, I rushed to get myself ready, called a taxi, it delayed, phoned the office to tell them that I was on my way and apologised for the delay. They said "never mind, just come we are waiting for you here". By the time I got to the place it was 1:30pm, fifteen minutes late. I went into the interview room, had nice reception, the board assured me that that was not an issue to them, the most important thing is that I have come for the interview. Around 8:00pm I got a voice message congratulating me for passing the interview. Oh! I praised and danced to the Lord for the success! Then guilt came upon me later, for my indecision, for not seeing God at work in the events happening in my life; I had to repent and I did, then peace returned. Thank you very much for the daily word. Keep up the good work and may God bless you Pastor! EP, United Kingdom | Pastor Debbie Thank you so much for your prayers and encouragement. From the time I met and came to know you, my spiritual and christian life has changed miraculous. You are indeed an inspirition to me. God is using you mightily to reach out to those that are troubled. I have had an opportunity of listening and participating in Shekinah morning prayer and lunch time Judah praise, powerful moments of praise and worship to God, Your teaching on Faith during the hour of praise at midday this week was a tremendous boost in my walk with God. I am walking in the blessings of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for being my Pastor and friend.May God continue to use you as a vessel. Shirley, Maryland | Dear Pastor Debbie, May God bless you for e-mailing me the Daily Word which nourishes my spirit and for the latest "Selah" which is a master piece! I hope the Holy Spirit will always inspire you so that you always send me "Selah." Pastor Khetwayo Banda | Dear Pastor Banda, Thank you very much for the daily word you send to me. It revives my spirit and feeds my soul deeply. I am grateful for what the Lord is doing in my life through His word that I receive on a daily basis. May our good Lord always bless you in all you do. HN, United Kingdom | Pastor Debbie, I wanted to write and let you know that I faithfully listen to your program 'Impacting your world' on WFAM 1050, Augusta, Georgia, every week. I am always blessed by the word that you bring. Truly, you are a woman of God and the anointing of God is upon you. My family members all listen to your program as well and they too are blessed by the word. Continue being the faithful servant of the most High that you are and God will surely bless you in abundance. Thank you and God bless you and yours. JG, Augusta, GA | Pastor Debbie, Just wanted to say that the Daily Word blesses me a lot and most times speaks to my heart and helps me to go through the circumstances I am going through at that particular time. I see the light of God guiding and instructing me in the way I should go. I just say ‘wow’ to the Daily Word of today (April 29). May the Lord continue to use you in a mighty way to save His children. May He continue to bless you indeed, anoint you and your Ministry and may He crown you with His tender mercies and loving kindness. With God’s love. SM, Lilongwe, Malawi | Pastor Debbie, This word you sent on this day, " For the vision is yet for an appointed time, though it tarry wait for it..." was so timely. My husband and I have been believing God for something and it seems to be taking forever. The night before this word we were wondering what was going on and in the morning when I read the word I called my hubby to see if he had seen the word to which he said he had. We were so encouraged and uplifted. A few days later on the 21st there was another word you sent from Jeremiah, " I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and give you a future you hope for." Even today as I write you this testimony, just dwelling on these words is having a calming effect on me and my faith within me is rising, assuring me God is in control and He will never forsake His children but is working out everything for our good. All we need to do is trust Him completely and commit all our ways to Him and He will direct our paths. God bless MM, Maryland | Pastor Debbie, I have seen God’s hand in my life on several occasions since the last time we met. I might need to go back in time a bit for clarity. I paid you a visit on 2/2/08 at your home in Frederick, MD because I needed understanding and wisdom in some spiritual activities that were happening in my life. We had a very powerful meeting, enhanced with intensive prayers, revelation and prophesy. Many came to pass just as you prophesied and the light is brighter for more. One of the things you mentioned Pastor is that God will remove me from my current job and I’ll be without a job for three months. Two weeks later I gave resignation notice at my job – and left end of February without another job, and no savings whatsoever to rely on. Most people thought I was crazy and looked at me with unbelief and endless questioning. I stood at my decision overwhelmed with supernatural PEACE and I moved on. {Motivation – HEBREWS 11: 1-40 = wrote in my bible on 2/11/08, resign from CSC by faith!!} Also, Pastor Debbie, you mentioned that MY GOD will provide – without me leaving the house. Literally that has been happening. I’m one and half months home now – single parent – with no relatives in USA to turn to for assistance. God has been moving miraculously, we have no lack at all. The fact is we are better off now comparing to when I was on a fulltime job. Another shocking fact is that I haven’t been charging (using) the credit cards at all since being home bound. Two weeks ago I almost announced to my roommates that we’ll be moving out due to financial constraints. But the Creator made provision on my behalf LONG AGO. Thursday (4/10/08) I called to pay a loan with a credit union bank. After identifying myself and providing the account details, the person on the other side of the line saluted for a goodbye. I asked if she wasn’t going to take my banking details to deduct the required amount. She said “no” because I’ll do a transfer from your savings account – umm??? a savings account, from where? She confirmed that I do have a savings account with ENOUGH FUNDS TO COVER ALL MY EXPENSES FOR AT LEAST ONE MONTH. In fact, it was the exact dollar amount that I trusted my Lord to provide. Apparently I have been paying more on the loan than the required amount. Instead of crediting the loan account with the full amount, my Heavenly Father put the excess fees in a savings account. GOD IS so FAITHFULL and AWESOME. Romans 10:13 – “for everyone who calls on the name of Lord will be saved”. Don’t give up, God knows about your condition and He’s working behind the scene to change your situation. Be blessed KT – Manassas, VA *********************************************************************************************** Pastor Debbie, Thanks a lot for your daily word. The word and message are always so powerful. Let me just say the daily word is always just so timely. May God continue to inspire you. MM, Maryland | Dear Pastor Debbie, Thank you very much for the encouraging emails. May God richly bless you for touching so many lives through the daily word. WM, Zambia | Pastor Debbie, I spoke with you yesterday after the Judah Hour of Praise and thanked you for bringing God's message to me. I want to thank you again. I truly believe that God's Holy Spirit was there and spoke through you. Yesterday was my first time even going to a prayer line in about 15 years. What was also unusual was the way that I found yours. I just happened to go on the internet and just out of curiosity typed in google " what God has for Debbie". Your website came up near the top and I clicked on it and read your story and it touched me that you were a real person who had been through some real problems like me, and even with that, God had used you in such a marvelous way to intercede for others and to teach others how to have a stronger relationship with him. What a gift! I could relate to you and that's why I tuned into the prayer line about 12:18 p.m. I immediately felt overwhelmed by how what you were saying applied to my life and current circumstances. It was as if God was saying the words directly to me even though there were 41 other callers on the line! I was so overwhelmed that all I could do was write notes (4 pages) of what you were saying and cry uncontrollably all the while. You said my sister, I don't care what you are going through God is in control. There is nothing too hard for God, Be encouraged and focus on God and not your situation. He loves you so much that he ordained you to come to this moment to this prayer line. You taught me how to get close to God and in what environment he answers prayer. (Through praise in a merry environment). Also how to not block God from intervening in my situation). I honestly did not know those things. You said specific things about God such as he will send you your children and send you your husband or restore that relationship / marriage. You said you have no reason to be depressed because God still loves you. You said, You have no reason to cry over anything. You have food, money and all the things that God has blessed you with. You said you have a reason to praise God and that God can not intervene in an environment of sorrow . That brokenness of heart and sorrow block your access to him. He needs to have praise from a merry heart and for you to show gratitude for what he has given to you. Through you, God lifted my depression and cloud over my head yesterday. I was so overwhelmed from the realizations that I got from you yesterday and all I can say is "Thank you Lord!" May God bless you so much........his messenger. Sincerely, DB, Georgia | Pastor Debbie, Yesterday's "Judah" hour of praise was awesome! God knew I needed it and led me to join in. Through you, God revealed to me that my praise is a preservative. It is preserving me!!!! We are called to be "salt of the earth". Salt is known to be a preservative, therefore our praise magnifies our "saltiness". Hallelujah! I pray that God continues to use you as HIS willing vessel so that HE can be magnified to us. DM, Maryland | Dear Pastor Debbie, I was on the prayer line for "Judah hour of praise" and I must say that I was truly truly blessed, blessed, blessed! The ministration was so awesome. Clearly God has called you. I was so overwhelmed by the presence of God on the phone. Please continue to be obedient to God. I will be praying for you everyday. Thank you again for Judah hour of praise!! This is truly the Lord's doing! CM, USA | Pastor Debbie, Thank you for Shekinah Glory hour of prayer. This is a very powerful prayerline. I particpated last week and this week and I tell you that I felt the presence of God all over of my house. The power of God through this prayer line changed many of my circumstances last week, which I thought were impposible to change. However, God proved through the word that you shared that He is able to turn every negative situation around in a blink of an eye. I thank God for you and thank you for the prayer line. May God continue to use you to bless us. GB, Maryland | Thank you very much for the daily word which you send to me. You have really changed my life. When I begin my day with a word of God my day goes on smoothly. Continue changing lives and I will be praying for you. Thank you very much. AB, Malawi | Dear Pastor Debbie, I want to express my love and appreciation for your ministry and how much the word has blessed me. When I read the verses from our the Holy Bible and the message with it I am blessed. Gods word is true. Bless you all in Debbie Banda Ministries for putting our Fathers Word onto the WWW. May God sustain, protect and bless you all, from the janitor to the ministers. For we are all his children. Agape MB, USA | Dear Pastor Debbie, I have been listening to your teachings on Trans World Radio Malawi and your teachings have inspired me so much. God bless you and your family. KMN, Malawi | Pastor Debbie, Let me give you a short testimony concerning the Daily Word of Friday, March 28, 2008. The day before I had been complaining about this and that to my husband. I prayed before going to bed and put on the full armour of God but I still got nightmares. I didnt understand why I was attacked even after puting on the armour. In the morning when I woke up I read the daily word you sent and you were talking about complaining. That was God talking directly to me and I understood that complaining opens a doorway to the enemy. I was so blessed and I have resolved to cease from complaining and praise God instead no matter what. I even shared this with my friend from Canada who had also been complaining about stuff. She was equally blessed. So may God continue to inspire you as you prepare the daily word. God bless. MM, Maryland | Pastor Debbie, Thank you very much for the Daily Word devotion. I have been so blessed by the word and I can honestly say my life has been transformed by your emails. I thank God for using you to bless others in such a way. Not only has the Daily Word been a blessing to me, but to my friends and family as well. Through it some have received Christ as their Lord and Saviour and others have received mental and emotional healing. I thought I should write to just tell you how much you and your ministry are appreciated and how you are a blessing to the lives of many. May God continue to use you to bless the lives of many others in the four corners of the earth. IK, United Kingdom | Pastor Debbie, I submitted prayer items a few weeks ago. My pressing need was financial breakthrough, the last item was for a marriage partner for re-marriage. Our God works in mysterious ways. Instead of going by my order, and also instead of bringing a new partner, God has brought back my ex-husband after nearly 6 years of separation and divorce. I sincerely thank you for your prayer support. I will eternally be grateful to my God for this miracle that He has done. I had given up on my first marriage, without knowing that God was not yet done with it. I am always inspired by the daily word. Kind Regards, KN, Canada | Dear Pastor D. Banda, I would like to inform you that your programme - Impacting Your World, is inspiring me very much. I have been listening to it since it started to be aired on Trans World Radio Malawi every Saturday. I would like to have the necessary spiritual materials for my spiritual enhancement. YN, Salima, Malawi | Dear Pastor Debbie, Thank you for the Miracle oil. I can't leave my house without it. The blood of Jesus that I proclaim over myself as I use the oil is amazing. I am seeing so many powerful miracles, I can't even begin to explain. Thank you so much. I would also like to request the prayer cloth from your ministry. God bless you VC, Maryland | Pastor Debbie, Thank you for your prayers. Yesterday when I came to see you, I was in a lot of pain and I felt a lump in my stomach. You anointed my stomach area with anointing oil and told me that I was healed. I praise God that this morning I woke up to find that the pain has gone and the lump has disappeared. Glory be to God for healing me so quickly. Thank you mighty woman of God for praying with me. God bless you. FK, Virgina | Dear Pastor, The Daily Word for January 17, 2008 came at the right time when I was undergoing several hardships on my job and in my business. My business was on the verge of collapsing due to non-payment of goods from our clients. At the same time, I had taken two loans from my company and was due to pay off one loan by January 18. The loan balance was MK258,000 and I did not know where to get that kind of money, and failure to make the pay-off would have cost me my job. I did not where to go to borrow such a huge amount of money to set-off the outstanding loan balance. My business overdraft had expired also on this day and the bank manager was not cooperating with me to renew the facility. I had no solution. I talked to my immeadiate boss regarding my situation, but he never came up with solution either. I mentioned the name of Jesus and went outside of the office to a certain customer. I narrated my situation to the person and I was assisted immedately with MK260,000 (about US$2,000) without any conditions attached to the loan. Following that I felt led to immediately contact Pastor Debbie Banda on the email to request for prayer for my situation. I was then flooded with scriptures of wisdom, hope, patience and faith. I was encouraged and followed the spiritual advice I was given. Today, I am happy to report that I have started paying back on all the loans which I borrowed. I have come very close to the Lord and gave my life to Jesus Christ. Pastor Debbie, you are the first person to bring me closer to Jesus. I have learned a lot and I have been blessed and received answers to my prayers. Glory be to Him who created Heavens and Earth. I have shared your teachings with my family members and brothers in the name of our Lord. I will continue to pray for you Pastor so that the Almigthty grants you wisdom to continue giving good messages and that the church is established in Malawi. The moment you start establishing the church in Malawi please let me know so that we should be together. God never fails. CN, Malawi | Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, I would like to Praise God the almighty for this message (Daily Word for Monday, March 3, 2008). I've been down for the past three weeks. It started with mild malaria but according to the doctors, my body didn't tolerate the medication very well. I had to be evacuated by ambulance and spent two nights in hospital. After I was discharged, I continued to recover at home. However, although I felt well, and even the doctors confirmed that I was fine after undergoing tests, the devil brought in me a spirit of fear and anxiety...what if I'm not completely healed, what if I've been be-witched, what if I'm living my last few days or hours? Yesterday morning, I asked my sister and her husbdand to escort me to the office so that we can pray for the office ahead of my resuming duties today. I was able to download my emails and was pleasantly surprised to see your emails on the Daily Word and Let us pray together. I read one or two earlier ones. Then in the evening, fear started to grip me, and I must say I wasn't sure I was going to overcome it. Then something told me to open my emails again just to get my mind off thinking about fear. Then I said, "but before I read anything else", let me read what Debbie Banda Ministries International had for today. I couldn't believe what I was reading: the message below (Daily Word)! I could feel God speaking to me through this message. I immediately calmed down. Praise and glory be to God! I shared it with my sister and her husband, and also a friend over the phone. They were also overwhelmed with how God deals with us. It was a miracle for me! Divine providence. For starters, I don't even know how you started sending me these messages. Again, this is God's plan, because during my three week illness, I decided to re-dedicate my life to Jesus. I've been a christian, but I've made so many compromises. I was neither hot nor cold. I had lost the passion and love I used to have for Christ, even though I was still praying to him and going to church, and reading my bible. But now, I've recommitted myself to God, and I must say I'm experiencing the sort of joy that I've never exeprienced in my life before. I think I now really feel saved, and your emails have just confirmed to me that God has accepted me again!! Further, because of the message below (Daily Word), I know and believe that I am not going to die. After all, I feel fine except that I sometimes I have these fear and anxiety attacks. As I shake off the spirit of fear, please remember me in your prayers. After I've sent this email, I plan to find out more about your ministries. I'll always be looking forward to the Daily Word and Let us pray together. If there is any extra material you may wish to share with, please do not hesistate to send me. May God bless you and continue using you to the Glory of His name! KN, Malawi | Dear Pastor Debbie, I attended the Miracle, Healing and Deliverance service on Saturday, February 16, 2008. This was the first time I had ever attended a meeting like this one. I have been on cancer treatment for over 2 years now and I came to the meeting with expectancy to receive my healing. When you called for those that needed healing, I came up to receive prayer and was prayed for by you and Prophetess Johnson. You both told me that I was healed and that God would confirm His word. When I came home from the meeting, I was about to take my usual medications but I was failing. I was feeling nausea to the point that I just went to bed without taking them. This has gone on for the entire week, I have not been able to take my medication. However, I am feeling better than I have ever felt in a long time. I can honestly say that I am healed! To God be the glory! Thank you for the prayers and for the Miracle Oil. May God bless you. CJ, Maryland | Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for your kind financial support. Please do appreciate our hardships and encourage us and support us regularly so that we can care and feed the orphans. Thanking you and pray God to shower Mercy upon you & family. Your Brother in Christ, Emmanuel Nathala Grace Children's Orphanage, India | I am writing to testify to the goodness of the Lord. Two weeks ago, I received my home phone bill in the amount of $99.99 and I did not have the money to pay for it. I prayed believing God for the finances to come in, but still there was nothing. Since the bill is on an automatic payment plan, the phone company sent the bill to my bank account. I knew that I did not have the money to cover that amount and that my bank would return it back to the phone company. Over the week-end, I received a notice in my email from the phone company informing me that they could not process the payment with my bank and that I needed to pay or else my services would be turned off. I noticed that the amount they were charging me was only $9.99 instead of $99.99. So I called to inquire about this and the lady I spoke to said, all I owed was $9.99 and that since the amount was not much she was going to give me a credit causing my balance to be zero. So as I write, God has supernaturally cancelled a debt of $99.99 for me. Halleluia! Glory be to God! ME, Maryland | Dear Pastor Debbie, Thank you for the Daily Word. It always speaks to my situations and comes to my mailbox just on time. God bless you as you keep ministering to the needs of the people. KP, Zimbabwe | Dear Pastor Debbie, I am writing to give you my testimony of what the Lord did for me earlier this month. I was involved in a legal matter which had severe consequences. I did not know what to do. As I was praying for wisdom from God, the Lord directed me to write to you and request for prayers. You responded by telling me that I already had the victory, and that all I needed to do was to trust God and in His delivering power. You told me not to worry because worry would hinder God from moving on my behalf. You prayed with me and said that God is my lawyer and judge. He would be with me in the court room. Jesus was going to be there also intervening on my behalf according to Hebrews 7:25. You said I didn't have to worry about what to say to the judge because in that very hour the Holy Spirit would tell me what to say according to Luke 12:11-12. You said the angel of the Lord would go before me to prepare the way and that all of heaven was backing me. Lastly you told me to stand on Psalm 91 and Isaiah 54:17, you said to remember that the battle was not mine, but the Lord's. To God be the glory, I am here to report that the Lord fought for me and I came out victorious with a very favorable outcome. Everything that I was afraid would happen didn't happen. God is soooo good. I thank God for you Woman of God and I pray that the Lord will bless you abundantly and continue to use you to bless the lives of others. GB, Washington, DC | Dear Pastor Debbie, Thank you for your prayers. Three weeks ago I was very ill and could not walk or do anything for myself. I had just come out of the hospital and the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. So they sent me home with medications which continued to make me feel worse than I was. That is when I felt led to call you for prayers and you prayed with me over the phone. You told me that I would be well that same week and that God would confirm His word. Two days later, I was completely healed. I was able to get up and move around, my feet were no longer swollen, I was able to put on shoes and drive my car. I called you so that I could come to your house for prayers. When I came you laid your hands and prayed for me, the power of God hit me and I was on the floor. When I got up, I felt very refreshed and renewed, something that I had not felt in months. As I write to you, I am completely healed and I was able to return back to work. Thank you very much for your prayers and words of encouragement. May the good Lord continue to use you mightly. JC, Washington, DC | Dear Pastor Debbie, Glory be to God. I give Him all the praise glory and honor. Last week, I called your ministry for prayers for a new job. I had been out of work for over 2 years and things were getting really bad. I was at the point of taking my life when I was told by a friend to call you. After we spoke, you prayed for me and told me to trust God for His favor and do what He tells me to do. You said that the Spirit of the Lord spoke to you and told you that I should expect to hear from some companies for an interview that same week and that God would confirm His Word. 2 days later, I received 2 phone calls for job interviews that I had applied for last year. I went to the first one and before I could go to the second one, I received a job offer from the first company that I went to. I just want to thank God for His faithfulness and to thank you anointed woman of God for availing yourself to be used by the Lord. God bless you. AT, Washington, DC | Dear Pastor Debbie, Thank you for the bottle of anointing oil. I have been using it since you gave it to me and since then the problem of my skin breaking out in rashes has disappeared. Thank you so much woman of God. CB, Maryland | Woman of God, I am writing to thank you for your prayers. I was in debt and needed to pay off the loan. However, I did not have the money. When I wrote to you for prayers you directed me to Romans 13:8. You also shared some favor confessions with me and told me to confess them 3 times a day. A few days after I began to do what you instructed me, I received unexpected income and I was able to pay off the loan and other debts that I owed. Thank you for praying with me. May God continue to bless you. CN, Zambia | Dear Pastor Debbie, A lot has happened since the last time we communicated. I would like to thank God for what He has accomplished in my life and my family. My daughter who has been oppressed by demons is finally completely free. God has been doing a tremendous work in her life. He has used men and women of God to pray for her and thank God He used you and the prayers you sent to us to bring to completion what He had begun to do in her life. I praise God immensely for His goodness and the power that is in prayer. My daughter used to experience demonic oppression especially in the area of her mind even though she was born again. Since the attacks intensified she has drawn closer to God as she desired to be set free. With the many prayers and deliverance sessions and counselling and in the recent past your prayers and the prayer outlines you sent to us, she has changed tremendously to God’s glory. She now reads the word of God with peace and with revelation of scripture and often shares the word of God with us. She also sleeps peacefully without having nightmares. Tremendous change came over her and our home after you sent us the prayer outline. After praying for 7 days there was peace in my home, marriage and children that surpasses human understanding. The children participate in the family time of prayer everyday and there is such peace in them. God is truly faithful. I would also like to thank God that my marriage is peaceful, our finances have improved and after the eight days of fasting, I have been promoted and my salary doubled. Praise God. He is truly faithful. Thank you very much for standing in the gap for my family. May God richly bless you. AMEN BC, Zambia | I have a fiancé who is currently working in Bermuda. We planned to get married on 30th of this month and the preparations are almost done. My fiancé had applied for a transit UK visa on 6th August and was planning to travel on 17th Aug. Unfortunately, he did not receive his visa on the expected time. We had been praying for it and had faith that it will work out before the wedding day. On Monday this week I had written to Pastor Debbie for prayer assistance and God is good, He answered our prayers. The following day, my fiancé told me the visa has been issued. He’ll be travelling this weekend and we still pray that they won’t be any obstacles along the way. I praise God for this and I believe that it was all because of the faith that we had. God Bless Nellie,Malawi | Dear Pastor Debbie, Early this year my wife wrote you to request prayer support in respect of our plans for professional development by seeking further studies in the UK. At that stage she had already been nominated for a Commonwealth Scholarship. The reason we needed special favour was that as a young family with two young and lovely daughters (Uchindami, 5yrs, and Zaithwa 7months) it was very important that we should be able to travel together if Mary was to go to school. In fact she had forgone two other scholarships before for the sake of the family. Because of that I was quite ready this time to relinquish my own job in order to support her in her studies. However Mary felt that would not be the best course of action for us professionally, thus she wrote to you. I recall at that time you gave us the confession of God's favour which you instructed us to speak over our lives daily. When we began to do that an opportunity for a PhD scholarship came up from SOAS, University of London around March 2008 (That was in itself unusual because ordinarily SOAS closes applications for scholraships in January; but just this year the Mo Ibrahim Governance for Development Initiative was launched around March). So I prepared my application and submitted it. In the meantime Mary got notification that she had been awarded her scholarship. So we continued to wait for my application. We tried to secure possible PhD supervisors but to no avail. So we ended up making the submission and left it to the institution to find a suitable supervising professor. But the wait for results was quite a challenge as you can imagine. As time went on it was quite remarkable how everytime we felt our faith waning or growing weak, there would ALWAYS be a Daily Word that was speaking STRAIGHT INTO OUR LIVES. That went on for all the time we were waiting. It would be no exaggeration to assert that without the prophetic encouragement from Daily Word it would have been quite easy to lose faith (of course we were also praying with some wonderful church friends whose encouragement has been just as invaluable! But Mary and I were receiving the confirmation of the fruit of those other prayers through the anointed words of Daily Word) Just before the final breakthrough came, I had in fact received commuinication to the effect that two scholarships had been awarded but that I was not one of the successful applicants. However we kept trusting the Lord for His favour which had consistently been spoken over our lives through different avenues, including your prophetic ministry. A couple of weeks after that initial regret SOAS wrote to inform me that I had in fact been awarded the Scholarship. It is quite remarkable because it means I am one of the first two beneficiaries of what the institution has termed 'a very prestigious award'! To us this is nothing but the favour of God. Today I am waiting to hear from my office the official approval of my study leave with full pay. on the strength of our confessions of favour and prayers offered I am confident that policies will be bent to accomodate my request if necessary. IN ALL THIS WE GIVE ALL THE GLORY TO THE LORD AND WISH TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE ROLE THAT YOUR PROPHETIC MINISTRY HAS PLAYED IN THE WHOLE PROCESS. may you continue to be a blessing to other people too! God bless Chifundo & Mary kachale Lilongwe, Malawi | Dear Pastor Debbie, You are truly an anointed woman of God. I can testify that God's hand is upon your life. The words that come out of your mouth are always followed by miraculous signs and wonders. In all the time that you have been praying for me, God always showed up. Recently I sent you a prayer request for my son's healing. He was in a coma and hospitalized in Johannesburg, South Africa. I did not have the means to travel home, but you assured me that God would heal my son. You prayed over the email and almost instantly, my son's situation turned around. You prayed against any surgeries and the surgery that he was scheduled for the very next day was canceled by the doctor. You asked God to show the doctors a sign that my son was still alive and could hear them talking and God did just that. As they were examining my son, the doctors say that he began to move his hand, something he had not done in months. Then he opened his eyes. Next they said that they were going to examine him because if he moved his hand and opened his eyes that did not mean that his brain was functional. I sent you an email with the update and you said that my son was going to be discharged from the hospital and he would walk on his own and that God would confirm His word with signs following. To God be the glory, today as I write to you, my son has completely recovered, he walked out of the hospital on his own and there is no damage to his brain at all. Indeed God confirmed His word with signs following. Thank you for all your prayers mighty woman of God. I never believed that you could pray over an email and someone could get healed. But God proved it in my own life. May God continue to use you to bless the lives of many others. Yours in Christ. Sibongile, London, UK | Pastor Debbie, I thank God for what He has done for me. I thank you sincerely, for the guidance you have been providing to me from early this February,2008. You prayed for me when things were not moving both at my work place and at my business. At work, things worked immedately to my advantage. The grace of my God was really on my side. At my business place, there were signs that the business will move again. You enouraged me through prayers that the business shall not fail. Just some two days ago, I have managed to raise enough money to pay back my suppliers, Dulux , the whole debt of MK464,000.00 and have bought goods from them worth Mk400,000. I am doing my business in Mangochi and today they have told me to look for a place in Zomba. Glory be to God from now and evermore. Regards, CN, Malawi | Hi Pastor Debbie, I want to testify that the Wednesday prayer sessions have been awesome, BUT today, July 16th, the prayer session was unique. Despite the devil’s efforts to frustrate and stop the prayers, we still pressed on until we got our victory. One of the prayers we prayed was for us to recover all the ground that we had lost to the enemy and for God to carryout repairs to the damage caused by personal negative confessions. As soon as we finished praying, I went back to sleep for a few minutes. In those minutes I dreamt that I had been given an expensive leather handbag as a gift. Inside the bag were all kinds of precious items that I had lost over the years. As I was looking through the items I remembered the prayers of restoration we had earlier prayed and that to me, was a confirmation that God was restoring everything that the enemy had illegally taken from me. Amongst the items was a TV remote control that looked exactly like the one I have in the natural. For some reason my TV set has not been responding to any type of remote control. In the dream I used the remote control to turn on my TV and it worked. Again I was reminded of the prayers that God would repair all the damages in our lives and that He was already doing it. I am truly blessed to be a part of this ministry and I give God the glory for all He has done in our lives. I’m already looking forward to next Wednesday’s session. Be blessed, Kay, Canada |
